“Fautunia – The Awakening” is a 600+ page literary fantasy epic that depicts a world ruled by humanoid animals, where humans live as an oppressed minority. The story follows Haylie, a 15-year-old who arrives in this world after a bus accident and discovers that she is the bearer of an ancient, elemental power – the Kafra.
The book combines entertainment with socially critical messages: it questions oppression, power, and the question of true identity. At the same time, it is a story about unconditional love and the courage to fight—perfect for young adults and fantasy lovers.
